The Certified Access Specialist Institute (CASI) Refund Policies are as follows for CASI Seminars & Events:  A 50% refund will be given if unable to notify a CASI representative of your cancellation less than 72 hours before the event.A Full refund will be awarded when a CASI Representative is notified more than 72 hours prior to the event of your cancellation.
