Through the Certified Access Specialist Institute (CASI), CASp members and affiliates have an opportunity to interface with each other as well as individuals and organizations that promote accessibility and universal design in the built environment. CASI assists its members in providing professional services to business and property owners, public agency officials, architects, and other professionals involved with the built environment on issues relating to accessibility compliance for people with disabilities. CASI works to improve its members’ ability to meet their rigorous needs and requirements through Public Outreach, Professional Practice and Professional Standards, and Member Outreach about issues that impact them. By providing its members with a program of continuing education and self-improvement, CASI establishes and maintains the highest standards of ethical conduct in the built Accessibility world.
